Telic is guaranteed against manufacturer’s defect for six months from date of purchase. Product covered by the Telic guarantee will be replaced at Telic’s discretion.
Returns & Exchanges
Non-warranty returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase. All products must be returned in new, unworn condition with all original tags attached.

Refunds and exchanges will take approximately 1-2 weeks to be processed. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not accept COD deliveries.
Your card will be credited if a refund is requested after the product has been received and qualified against the return policy.
